Company carefully heat treats products according to
specification. PMC has extensive and diversified
heat treating equipment that handles parts up to 72"
diameter and up to 6,000 lbs. Modern electric and gas-fired atmosphere furnaces are controlled by oxygen probes to ensure accurate carbon content and case depth in carburized parts. PMC provides carburizing, spin hardening and through hardening heat treating services. By performing all heat treating within our facilities, we control the production process from start to finish to ensure total quality. |
