Helical, Spur, or Crowned to AGMA Quality Class 14.

Bevel Gears and Pinions

Up to 60" maximum outside diameter, 111⁄2" face, 16 D.P. to 3⁄4 D.P.

Wheels

Brake wheels, track wheels, sheave wheels, pallet wheels, transit wheels, etc.

Up to 60" outside diameter, 18" face.

Sprockets

Up to 72" outside diameter, 3⁄8 to 8 circular pitch.

Worms

Up to 12" outside diameter, 36" overall length.

Any circular pitch, any lead, any number of threads. Ground threads if necessary.

Worm Gears

Up to 72" P.D., 2 D.P.

Shafts and Axles

Sheave pins, crane wheel axles, transit and industrial locomotive axles, splined shafts and armature shafts.

Heat treated and ground up to 120" overall, 14" O.D.

Heat treated and machined up to 168" length and 18" O.D. or 114" length and 24" O.D.

Subcritical Quench Process.

Assemblies
