manufacturing drawings for the job. The latest
state-of-the-art computer-aided equipment is used to accurately prepare the necessary drawings. Material, heat treatment methods and drawing specifications are thoroughly reviewed by our engineering department before manufacturing begins. An unique “First Piece Inspection” quality program is also offered by Penn Machine Company. Each phase of the manufacturing process requires that the first piece be inspected and approved before the remaining parts are completed. All work functions at PMC, including machining operations, metallurgical examinations and final inspection, are governed by the latest Quality Assurance procedures and detailed work instructions. |
