Our heat treatment operations allow us to optimize the integrity and relieve internal stresses of the wheels, gears and axles we produce.
We have large-capacity carburizing and tempering furnaces operating 24/7, allowing our heat treat equipment to handle parts up to 52” in diameter and up to 6,000 lbs. (3 tons), and to process in excess of 1.5 million lbs. annually.
To ensure consistent and accurate carbon content and case depth in carburized parts, our state-of-the-art natural gas-fired furnaces are controlled by PLCs. Our in-house capabilities of carburizing, spin hardening and through hardening heat treating services allow us to control the production process from start to finish, guaranteeing quality products and quick turnaround times.
